Phase I - Research & Needs Assessment
We thoroughly research your business in order to bring a clear understanding to the project. Through on-site meetings, emails, and/or phone calls, an needs assessment is documented. |

Phase II - Prototype
A full scale model is developed for testing. This phase happens early in the schedule and gives you a chance to try-out your software first hand. |

Phase III - Development
Based on client feedback during the prototype phase, development continues until completion of project. |

Phase IV - Test Data
Application stability and integrity is checked and rechecked during the test data. When the finished software program is installed, it will have been thoroughly tested. |

Phase V - Deployment/Training/Support
Installation is performed by a technician on site, or remotely. With all Connections.dbd developments, a full day of training is provided. This is handled on-site, or on-line. Also included is one year of support. Support, whether technical or otherwise, can take place on-site, by remote session, phone, or email. |
