support which

upgrades is available for each of our
product lines.

telephone support. (Onsite visits may
involve a
charge).

Does not include issues arising from:
client's troubled operating system, faults
by the end user,
upgrading /changing operating systems or
computers, network software or hardware,
converting to another
database or software program, any
unauthorized use of Connections.dbd Inc.
